Images filed electronically in KSH Photographic’s galleries - KSH Photographic owns all copyright rights to all photos appearing in its electronic galleries. The images in the KSH Photographic electronic galleries may be viewed by anyone with access to a computer, however, downloading, copying or otherwise attempting to take possession of these images without prior agreement with KSH Photographic is not allowed and in violation of the copyright laws of the United States of America and other jurisdictions.  No image in the KSH Photographic electronic galleries may be downloaded, copied or reproduced in any way without the prior express written permission of KSH Photographic.

Images sold as prints - For images sold as prints, whether mounted, matted, framed or not, KSH Photographic grants the purchaser the right to display the image in any manner that the purchaser sees fit or to give the print as a gift to another.  This right does not include any rights to ownership of the actual image (as opposed to the print) and the purchaser may not duplicate, electronically, photographically, or otherwise, the image contained in the purchased print.  All ownership rights to the actual image are retained by KSH Photographic.

Images sold to resellers - KSH Photographic is quite interested in working with established resellers. Pricing for bulk orders is negotiable. Please contact us to discuss your needs and pricing.

Images sold as electronic files - For images sold as electronic files, the rights to the use of the image will be negotiated and contractually agreed to prior to any use of the image by the purchaser.   Such rights may or may not include a transfer of ownership rights to the actual image.
